Section 25A
Deemed to have committed an offense
If anyone commits any of the following acts, he shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act:-
(a) Section 4 - If the child or family member or the rightful person does not comply with the duty as per sub-section (1),
(b) If compelled to live separately contrary to sub-section (3) of section 4,
(c) In case of begging for alms contrary to sub-section (1) of section 8,
(d) If a hermit, monk or fakir is made contrary to sub-section (2) of section 8,
(e) Section 8 b. (1) and (2) in case of doing or causing to be done contrary to,
(f) If the head, director, employee or any other person of the care center, day service center or service center, or any other person does or causes any act to take the property of a senior citizen.
